You may not think how much important body preparation is for Polo unless you begin having problems with it. Difficulties with lower back,  neck pain, arm problems and hand/eye coordination can emerge for a variety of reasons. One of the most common reasons is the lack of training.
When you start playing polo without a correct training preparation, your ability to perform tasks with the same amount of accuracy and speed as well you are properly trained, declines. 
This is why, Palo Alto Polo Club, will work during the spring-summer season with the new fitness trainer : Martin Rondinella. Specialized in Polo, he will help you to improve your body shape to get the best performance during the games.
