During the Polo season Palo Alto Polo Club will offer full yoga sessions for the players and VIP Members. This year we will count with the special collaboration of our Yoga Instructor and friend Claudia Lavender. We consider that the practice of a physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment. This will help players to improve the performance while enjoying a pleasant experience during their stay at the Polo Farm.

Born in the town of Manly, a beach-side suburb of northern Sydney, Australia, Claudia grew up watching skilled surfers ride the waves at Manly Beach, where the Australian Open of Surfing is held in February. She developed a passion for surf as well that lead her to became a Surfing Instructor. Claudia is visual and conceptual thinker and her interests lie within creativity and connecting with others. She also love horses and horse riding.
